Publix: Best Grocery Trip EVER! $6.20 for ALL THIS!

Spent: $6.20

Total Value: $50.04

Holy cow I didn't expect to come out this well today. I was even planning to skip Publix and Winn-Dixie this week and just do Aldi because I thought there wasn't much in the ad for me. Boy I was wrong! Though I've walked out of the grocery store twice before without paying except tax (here and here), this was by far the best trip I've had given the amount of products purchased. Given my mostly low-carb diet, I usually only have small transactions at the drug stores. Eight of the items were completely free! Publix had their gas promotion this week, this time requiring a $50 purchase. I took a pass on that and used the $5/$30 Breakfast Sale coupon instead. I had to buy plum tomatoes to get the total over $30. I got it to $30.17 before coupons. Here are the details:

    1. I got it from the Commissary (military grocery store) when I was visiting family last month. They usually have a ton of tear pads, most of which are only for military use, but a few of them will be general coupons.
